– ½ oz. lemon juice
– 1 egg white
– 1.5 oz. london dry gin
– ½ oz. lemon juice,
– ½ oz. raspberry syrup
– 1 egg white
– 3 speared raspberries for garnish.
Ramos Gin Fizz
1 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1 1/2 oz. Gin
3-4 Drops Orange Flower Water
1 Egg White
1 oz. Cream
1 oz. Seltzer Water
