- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ¼ cup mescal or tequila
- ¼ cup club soda
You build this drink in a high ball glass. You can salt the rim for a nice look if you want, buy it is not necessary. First, pour the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and sugar into the glass and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Then stir in the mescal or tequila, add ice, and simply top with club soda. garnish with a lime wedge. The only thing left to do is enjoy the morning knowing you started the day off right!
This is a delicious spring cocktail, and a great way to end the list. Plus, with its cool fruity flavors, it is a great way to end the day!
- 1 ounce tequila
- 1 ounce Strega
- 1/4 ounce lemon juice
- 6-9 mint leaves
- 4-6 raspberries
Once again, this is very simple to make. Just combine all the ingredients into a shaker with crushed ice and shake. Now from here you have two options, you can strain the drink over crushed ice and even all a little simple syrup if you like, or just pour straight from the shaker to the glass and top with crushed ice. both are tasty, but if you skip the straining you get a stunning raspberry and mint look. That is what we prefer.
